The upcoming animated film Bakemono has been confirmed to air in 2018.
The animated film will star Shota Tsubasa as Tsubame Ueda, a former police officer who now works as a baker.
Bakemonogs original story follows a young girl who discovers her father’s secret identity as a witch and goes on a journey to learn about her own origins.
Bakemoogatari has a release date of September 20, 2018.
The official Bakemonotopia Twitter account announced the news on Monday.
The anime series is a continuation of the Bakemonoban anime series.
The series was released in 2016 and has since aired in Japan.
Bake Monogatari follows a girl who gets married and begins a new life as a full-time baker.
The anime was directed by Yoshitsugu Matsuura, who also directed Bakemonocore and Bakemonokan.
Matsuura is also responsible for the Bake Monokan series and the Bakemoogs original manga.
The Bakemonochi manga has been serialized in Shogakukan ‘s Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine since 2012.
